1. Inspection and Testing
- Conduct regular inspections of construction to assess workmanship, materials and compliance with the specifications. Oversee and coordinate testing of materials and components to verify they meet the required standards.
2. Compliance and Non-Compliance Monitoring
- Monitor the construction process to ensure compliance with relevant building codes, standards, regulations and designers’ approval. Identify and address non-compliance issues and work with the project teams to implement corrective action.
3. Site Auditing
- Conducts internal site auditing to assess effectiveness of the quality management system of the project. Ensure compliance with the relevant quality standards and specifications.
4. Comprehensive Quality Inspection of Units
- new employees should be skillful at thorough quality inspection of units and inspecting endorsed units to ensure they meet the required quality standards. This involves assessing the physical condition, architectural finishes, functionality, and adherence to specifications and deliverables.
5. QTOP Process
- Understanding and managing the QTOP program ensuring this is updated daily.
6. CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
- Assistant Managers may need to engage with CRM processes, which involve managing and updating CRM tickets for a specific project.

7. Daily Monitoring
- Regular monitoring of processes and units on a day-to-day basis to catch any changes and update in unit status.

8. Handover of Units to BT
- Once the quality inspection and other processes are completed, Assistant Managers should be responsible for a smooth handover of units to the Buyer Turnover team. This may include providing necessary documentation and ensuring that all relevant information is communicated effectively.
Preferably board exam passer, with a valid PRC License

Will play a crucial role from the start of the construction up to the handover stage of the project. A strong understanding of the construction processes, materials, and regulations is a must. Ensuring the quality of endorsed units, managing various processes, and facilitating the handover of units to the Buyer Turnover Team. Effective communication, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of quality control processes will be key skills for individuals in this role.
