1. Receives buyer’s documents (i.e., Schedule of Payment, CIN and buyer’s copy of RA) from Sales Admin – Reservation Section.
2. Generates/receives and reviews completeness and accuracy of the CTS package.
3. Updates all required tagging information in the automated system.
4. Monitors dispatching of CTS.
5. Creates CRM Ticket for the alteration on booking details, if applicable
6. Attends to rush documentation requests, queries of sellers & other sales personnel regarding documentation status of their accounts.
7. Performs documentation-related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Graduate of any 4-year Business related course or its equivalent
Preferably with experience in the same function or any work experience in a Real Estate company
Responsible for generating and review of sales documents (e.g., SOP, CTS Package, etc.) and timely releasing of the same to the buyer.
