DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Ensures achievement of leasing revenue targets in properties assigned to his/her cluster.
2. Ensures Leasing Specialists actively promote Good Stays Services to both Owners and Tenants.
3. Ensures Leasing Specialists act on leads given by Head Office through inquiries received on line or through phone, email, etc.
4. Guides, assists and motivates Leasing Specialists in the attainment of their individual targets.
5. Monitors performance of Leasing Specialists in his/her assigned cluster.
6. Handles complaints and concerns of Unit Owners, Tenants, PMO and brokers that are brought to his/her attention.
7. Effectively manages VIP/Corporate accounts.
8. Build connections with Brokers and Agents.
9. Effectively trains new hires and ensures their readiness to handle the demands of the new job.
10. Maintain files, records, and databases ensuring completeness and accuracy.
11. Assists in making follow ups on uncollected accounts.
12. Monitors validity of contracts and coordinates with Leasing Specialists.
13. Assist client for Security Deposit Refund and coordinates to the concerned Leasing Specialist.
14. Provide support to management on report preparation and coordination to other departments.
15. Provide excellent customer service to clients by promptly and providing correct information and addressing concerns.
16. Collaborate with other department to ensure smooth flow of processes and operations.
17. Participate in all company and Good Stays-initiated activities.
18. Perform other task that may be assigned/required from time to time.
