DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Attend design coordination meetings and participate in the review of plans, design and specifications.
2. Prepare and develop budgetary cost estimate on projects for construction.
3. Perform evaluation process of bid proposals for new Projects-bidding.
4. Provide assessment of change orders Proposals of on-going Projects.
5. Attend pre-bid meetings, clarificatory meetings and assist in the recommendation of award.
6. Liaise and coordinate with Engineering Site - Project Managers.
7. Assist in developing, establishing, and maintaining a Cost Database.
8. Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

B.S. Sanitary Engineering or Mechanical Engineer with Master Plumber or equivalent

1. Knowledgeable in Philippine Sanitary codes and standards
2. Excellent skills, Microsoft Word Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.
3. Good attention to detail and accuracy
4. Methodical and accurate documentation
5. Ability to meet deadlines in a timely manner
6. Good verbal and written communication skills and Good presentation skills
7. Mechanical and Fire Protection works basic knowledge / experience

B.S. Sanitary Engineering or Mechanical Engineer with Master Plumber or equivalent

At least 3 years of solid experience in the same field in a reputable property developer, real estate, contractor or consulting firm (preferably with site experience)

POSITION TITLE
Quantity Surveying Supervisor
(Sanitary Engineer)

The Quantity Surveying - Supervisor (Sanitary) function shall include assistance to provide all quantification and costs associated with Sanitary Works of SMDC construction projects, from outset until completion. Above all, the function is concerned with doing the best possible job at the best possible price.
