In-charge of the end-to-end Sales Booking Helpdesk and KYC operations. He/She will be in charge in ensuring that all concerns from clients/sales are being monitored and strictly implements the AMLA policies to the company.
1. Shall adhere to the company’s core values, code of ethics and operational policies
2. Shall Addresses queries, requests and concerns from Sales Ops via Inbound calls and email in a factual and timely manner
3. Shall endure accuracy of buyer details by conducting thorough Know Your Client (KYC)
4. Shall send Acknowledgement Letter via e-mail and SMS blast to the client within 24 hours from date of acceptance of sales documentations
5. Shall attend to HDMF and PRA inquiry with timely endorsement to concerned teams
6. Shall coordinate with other departments from time to time.
7. Shall perform other functions as needed by the Company.

Must be a graduate of any four-year Business-related course
1.Preferably with at least 1-year experience in a client servicing or related field
2. Preferably with experience working as a KYC analyst
