Supports in the management and operation of the Local Branch Admin Office.
1. Shall ensure proper assistance of the branch office, highly compliant to SMDC policy, LGU and Mall requirements.
2. Shall assist in proper handling and reporting of all company assets and supplies status.
3. Shall assist in the proper handling of manpower related requirements.
4. Shall ensure accurate and timely handling of client and seller’s concerns through SAM (Buyer’s Portal).
5. Shall ensure proper and timely handling of CTS receiving and dispatch.
6. Shall ensure proper checking and warehousing of PDCs.
7. Shall manage the development of process improvement proposal resulting to efficiency of admin office operations.
8. Shall ensure timely and accurate updating of the BMS manual.
9. Shall welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone answering and referring inquiries.
10. Shall record daily IN and OUT of clients and sellers.
11. Shall receive, check and record all Signed Contract-to-Sell and other documentary requirements for dispatch to Head Office.
12. Shall manage the processing of Post-Dated-Checks by evaluating, encoding, warehousing, and check return.
13. Shall coordinate with the office/unit head for the timely resolution and implementation of various pre and post sales client’s requests and concerns.
14. Shall handle the requisition and disbursement of collateral allocation per broker group (for International Admin Offices only)
15. Shall assist in the recommendation of sales and marketing opportunities or strategies that will have sales impact in the company.
16. Shall prepare an accomplishment report to be submitted to the BMU Supervisor on a monthly basis.
17. Shall monitor and request branch office supplies regularly.
18. Shall perform other functions as may from time to time, be assigned by the Company.

Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree related to Finance Management and/or Customer Relations or any other courses.
Can be newly graduate or with experience on the same function.
Note: Employee will be assigned at Parkville Pavilion (SMDC Project site in Sta. Fe Bacolod)
Rest Day: Movable but 2 days per week (can be one weekend and one weekday)
