1. Provides timely feedback to client related to inquiry of Title Availability
2. Provide accurate monitoring of CRM accounts
3. Performs other task that may be assigned by the management

Detailed duties:
1. Assigned as front-line assistant representing the Registration section when a client visits the company.
2. Receives system-based request thru Customer Relations Management (CRM) ticket.
3. Answer telephone calls from Customer Service Department and external clients
4. Respond to emails concerning to Title inquiry.
5. Provides target date to release collateral documents.
6. Monitors the commitment date provided to client until completed.
7. Check and asses the actual status of the account and disseminate to the concerned team
