Coordinate with sustainability data officers/representatives to oversee data collection, storage, and management for sustainability-related information, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across various sustainability domains.

The person will directly report to the Senior Sustainability Data Manager and work closely with colleagues within the Investor Relations- Sustainability Office and across the SM Group.

• Prepare clear and concise data for reporting and ESG scorecards requirements.
• Maintain detailed documentation of data management processes, data sources, and standard operating procedures in coordination with sustainability data officers/representatives.
• Provide training and capacity-building support to sustainability data officers/representatives to enhance their data management and analysis skills.
• Stay up-to-date with industry standards, methodologies, and reporting frameworks related to sustainability data collection and reporting.

• Solid understanding of sustainability concepts, metrics, and reporting frameworks (e.g., GRI, SASB, CDP, ISSB, etc.) to understand data requirements and provide relevant support to sustainability data officers/representatives.
• Proficiency in data management principles, including data collection, cleansing, validation, and integration.
• Ability to manage data projects, prioritize tasks, and coordinate data management efforts with sustainability data officers/representatives.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work closely with sustainability data officers/representatives and convey data insights to stakeholders.

• Bachelor degree holder in a related field such as data science, environmental science, or sustainability studies is typically preferred. Relevant degree in data management and sustainability roles is highly desirable.

• 3-5 years of work experience in sustainability, sustainable development, environmental sustainability, corporate social responsibility with primary role in data collection and management
