• Will handle all clerical and administrative activities/requirements of the Procurement department such as management of office supplies, stockroom, archived files, document transmittals, etc.
• Department coordinator/representative for office activities and keep
• Manages transportation and messenger requirements for the department
• Generates and monitors reports such as OPS tracking report
• Assists Procurement Head and Staff in any activities that requires assistance
• Ensures general cleanliness and orderliness of the department including lay-out of office areas, filing cabinets, etc.
• Central record keeper for documents related to the department and updates contact details of all Staff
• Manages the schedule and reports directly to the Procurement Head
• Handles other items to be assigned by Superior from time to time

Professional License/Eligibility
Office Administration
Bachelor of Science in Office Administration or its equivalent
at least 3 years
