As part of platform team, provide support in managing the platform assigned (Loyalty, Channels, Fintech or Data Platform)
• Directly engage and collaborate with product and build teams to quickly resolve customer issues or reported bugs.
• Work closely with collaborative cross-functional teams to deploy, test and optimize platform applications and services.
• Prioritize, engage and respond to support inquiries regarding product, functionality, performance and security.
• Develop, author, and maintain internal and customer-facing technical documentation for the platform managed.
• Compile, prioritize, and report feature requests for product direction and implementation
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written, and time-management skills.
Experience serving as quality assurance for escalated support requests and bugs.
Ability to communicate complex ideas to technical and non-technical persons.
Ability to identify requirements and categorize/prioritize issues.

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Statistics, Information Systems or other quantitative field
2+ years of work experience in technical product management (or equivalent)
Must be a quick learner and familiar with working in a CMS Platform.
Experience with UI/UX design, Web APIs and authentication protocols a plus
Comfortable working with technical teams and sufficient depth of tech knowledge to engage in problem solving
Knowledge in key cloud technologies a plus
The Platform Specialist will assist in the management of the Loyalty and Membership platform of Digital Advantage Corp. This role will support the launch of new products for the platform assigned to and provide day-to-day support to deliver products, programs and experience aligned to management strategy . The right candidate must have solid operational business acumen and an innovative spirit in the pursuit of providing the best customer experience possible through enhancing our membership platform and operational experience. Ideal candidates will have an enthusiasm for investigating, assessing, recommending, deploying, and evaluating platform technologies and services.
