1. Monitor & ensure that the process of QTOP is undertaken properly.
2. Prepare units that are scheduled for Viewing and Acceptance.
3. In charge of dealing with clients / buyers as far as the turnover of unit is concerned from their unit inspection up to the acceptance. This includes both physical turnover of units to the buyers as well as those owners who opted to choose Virtual Turnover (VTO)
4. Ensure that the unit to be inspected by the buyers are qualified for turnover prior to the buyer’s viewing & acceptance. This includes preparation of units in terms of cleanliness, completeness & functionality.
5. Prepare and provide turnover reports and other related submittals.
6. Coordinate & properly endorse unit buyers to Property Admin.
7. Answers emails and calls (both inbound and out bounds) relative to turnover concerns.
8. Ensure that the requested Joint Inspections (JI) of units endorsed by Engineering are being attended to.
9. Other tasks that may be required from time to time.

College Graduate
Preferably with experience in customer service or other related work
