DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Manage and optimize service request and staff schedule to increase revenue
2. Ensure achievement of topline revenue targets for SMDC Leasing & Tenancy Management ( Prime Key).
3. Handle client relations with unit owners, guests, and other internal clients
4. Make timely, fair, and informed decisions on concerns and complaints raised by clients.
5. Manage supplies and tools inventory for operation ensuring completeness and readiness
6. Ensure efficient operations and compliance to budget
7. Ensure cleaning and maintenance standards are in place in correlation to the building’s house rules
8. Conduct inspections to property assignments from time to time
9. Think of innovative ways and services to increase revenue
10. Effectively trains new hires and ensure their readiness to handle the demands of the new job
11. Foster strong relationships and good teamwork within the team by promoting inclusivity and camaraderie
12. Perform other tasks that may be assigned/required from time to time

1. Must be a graduate of a 4-year course from a reputable college or university; Graduate of Marketing or
Business Management course is an advantage
2. Preferably with at least 3 years of customer service with exposure to client relations
3. Must be focused, driven, motivated, open-minded, competitive, resourceful, and a team player
4. Can work under pressure
5. Must have a positive work attitude
6. With satisfactory oral and written communication skills
7. With good presentation and facilitation skills; Adequate Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
