Ensures accurate and timely booking of sales which conforme on sales cut-off dates. Is responsible in ensuring that the promos, payment terms and scheme conforms to the prescribed conditions of the company is executed per Sales Account.

1. Shall ensure timely, proper and accurate review with same day result based on simplified booking process of Sales Reservation documents.
2. Shall ensure accurate and timely processing in SALAD and booking in SAP within the given cut off.
3. Shall ensure accurate and timely submission of ATAP for booked accounts to Cash Ops.
4. Shall ensure accurate and timely endorsement of sales documents with SOP/TY letter & ATAP to Post Booking Unit.
5. Shall ensure accurate and timely endorsement of sales documents under negotiable conditions to dispatch for FETD.
6. Shall manage timely and accurate preparation of daily reports.
7. Shall ensure core values, code of ethics and operational policies of the company are adhered to strictly in pursuit of business growth.
8. Shall regularly and closely coordinate with immediate upline to warrant timely resolution and implementation of concerns
9. Shall provide support on all automation initiative drive to improve process efficiency and overall productivity of the unit
10. Shall perform such other functions as may from time to time, be assigned by the Company.

1. Must be a Graduate of any four-year Business-related course

1. Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in the same function
2. Preferably with experience working under SAP Environment or Real Estate System
