• Set-up and maintain multiple company books, monitor books of accounts and records of all
transactions in adherence to accounting standards
• Prepare financial statements and other reports
• Process disbursements/payments and receipts
• Manage and monitor monthly/quarterly and year-end closing of books
• Ensure compliance with standard company policies and processes, as well as all national, local
and other government requirements to minimize, if not eliminate, any liabilities or penalties
• Monitor the filing and payment of tax returns and other government obligations
• In charge in any accounting and admin matters, and provide financial insights to the Company
CPA or Non- CPA
• Excellent knowledge in MS office and familiarity with accounting tools is advantage
• Great attention to details and good communication skills
• Amenable to work in Manila and Pasay City and on-site work set-up arrangement
Graduate of any Accounting course
at least 1-2 years of experience in the related field including but
not limited to, General Accounting and Finance
Responsible in assisting in recording transactions. Preparing financial statements and other reports. This
includes, preparing annual, quarterly or monthly returns. Organizing and safekeeping of files. Preparation
of checks and vouchers and other office functions.
