To perform administrative duties, report consolidation, after sales service, sellers concerns and
coordinate requests to other departments.
To monitor daily sales report.
To update OTS compliance report.
To consolidate feedback from the sales team regarding cancellation, accreditations and tagging reports.
To send updates to the whole sales team and other departments.
To address customers service-related concerns.
To perform any other task that will be assigned to him/her.
• Must be good in written, speech and well versed in English communication.

• Highly proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power point)
Graduate of any 4-year business related course.
With at least 1 year working experience. Experience in real estate is a plus but not required.
To provide assistance on sales process, documentations and render logistical support to sales group
under JGT Division.
