• Execute marketing strategy
• Work with marketing team to manage partners and marketing initiatives
• Execute marketing campaigns.
• Perform client research.
• Collation of reports on partner campaign performance.
• Maintain schedules for marketing initiatives.
• Organize and manage marketing collateral.
• Look for prospects and keep an updated master file
• Do Call-outs/ send out emails
• Do Follow up calls and set meetings
• Follow through on agreements in meetings that is not limited to sending out of data needed, reports, and/or proposals for approval of client
• Make requests to internal teams for fulfillment of negotiated media values with client
• Process the delivery of collaterals
• Collate reports from partners
• Follow up requests
• Takes meeting notes and sends to all concerned
• Keeps tabs of schedules and makes sure deadlines are met
• Checks on red flags in partnership efforts and raises them to managers immediately
• Manage day to day administrative tasks such as processing of billings and accrual monitoring

Bachelor degree holder in Marketing/ Advertising / Business/ Economics or other related fields
at least 1 year experience in sales/ advertising and/ or marketing / project management
1. Provide support to marketing department.
2. Assist in partnership efforts with mall tenants that includes but is not limited to acquisition, implementation of campaigns and nurturing of partnership.
