The Technical Training Administrative Assistant shall provide support for the in-house technical training support arm of SMDC's Construction Management Department (CMD). This team provides corporate technical training and continuing education to SMDC employees that enhances mastery of job-specific skills and knowledge geared toward career progression.

JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Assists the technical training team administratively to develop, coordinate, and provide technical training programs related to engineering and construction management.
2. Administrative duties such as document control and record-keeping of all technical training documents.
3. Make arrangements for meetings, presentations, seminars, and trainings being organized and provided by the technical training team, either face-to-face or virtually conducted.
4. Record-keeping of meetings attended by the technical training team. Coordinate and/or perform administrative functions necessary to deliver and document training programs.
5. Establishes and configures the LMS (Moodle), including new courses. 6. Analyzes data, measures performance, and tracks usage of LMS and courses and the learning management system features to provide reports on compliance, progress and completion.
7. Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Obtained a bachelor’s degree related to management, education, or construction industry.
1. Excellent communication skills. 4. Experience designing technical training materials and content including instructor-led materials, online/e-learning modules, job aids, knowledge assessments, and other training materials.
2. Demonstrates proficiency in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams.
3. Ability to plan, multi-task, and manage time effectively.
4. Must be organized, detail-oriented, and efficient.
PREFERENCE:
1. Has demonstrated in his/her previous job responsibilities an ability to assist in organizing forums, seminars, or technical exhibits.
2. Has previous experience in using MS Office Suite (Outlook, MS Teams, Work, Excel and PowerPoint)
3. Has a passion to contribute to others’ personal and professional learning and development
4. E-learning and/or Learning Management System (LMS) experience.
5. Keyboard typing speed at least 60 WPM.
Obtained a bachelor’s degree related to management, education, or construction industry.
With work experience of at least two (2) years.
