• Execute marketing strategy
• Work with marketing team to manage brand and marketing initiatives.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns.
• Perform market and client research.
• Create reports on marketing performance.
• Maintain schedules for marketing initiatives.
• Organize and manage marketing collateral.
• Close coordination with stakeholders (eg. Supermalls, SM Store, SM Markets, agencies, Business Units, Retail Affliates, External Partners, etc) in relation to acquisition efforts (eg. permit processing, location and set-up, ingress and egress, etc.)
• Collate reports from partners (eg. post mortem reports, incident reports, acquisition reports, etc.)
• Follow up various requests from internal and external partners (eg. artworks, copies, logos, ect.)
• Does QA for collaterals
• Creates and prepares minutes of meetings attended and cascade to attendees
• Keeps tabs of schedules and makes sure deadlines are met
• Checks on red flags in marketing efforts and raises them to managers immediately
• Manage day to day administrative tasks such as processing of billings and accrual monitoring
