The Recruitment Assistant for Sourcing will be the one in charge of reaching and contacting potential candidates, scheduling interviews, and assisting the recruiters during the whole recruitment process.
1. Responsible for job postings, actively reaching out to target talents via various platforms.
2. Implementation of different talent reach campaigns, and making sure to generate a strong pool of talent for the whole company.
3. Reviewing of resumes to pre-screen candidates.
4. Collaborate with recruiters/hiring managers to identify each position’s requirements.
5. Ask for referrals from internal and external networks for hard-to-fill roles.
6. Develop a network of potential candidates and industry professionals.
7. Identify future hiring needs and proactively source potential hires.
8. Measure and report on recruiting metrics for source of hire and time-to-fill.
3. Knowledgeable of full-cycle recruitment.
4. Familiarity with social networks, professional sites and resume databases.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
1. Must be a graduate of Human Resources Management, Psychology or equivalent.
2. With at least 6 months experience as HR Assistant for Recruitment or similar HR role.
