With intermediate knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft applications; SAP exposure is an advantage.
Graduate of Business course preferably Accountancy, Banking and Finance.
At least 1 year work experience in retail/commercial banking operations, reputable property developer or real estate contractor with exposure to Liquidity and loan related transactions.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Treasury Operations (TO)
i. Ensures the timely processing of requests for enrollment/dis-enrollment of companies, deposit accounts and users to BDO’s Online Banking Facility and of other banks’ as well as maintenance of a complete and up-to-date file monitoring.
ii. Ensures that all email correspondence regarding online banking request are properly attended to.
2. Corporate Financial Management (CFM)
i. Attends coordination meetings regarding matters concerning enrollment/dis-enrollment of companies, deposit accounts and users to BDO Online Banking Facility and to Other Banks’ Online Facility and other concerns when there are meeting requests and provides valuable inputs and feedback thereafter.
3. Records/Document Management (DM)
i. Guarantees the maintenance of an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents both from internal and external sources such as correspondences, Online Banking documents, department reports to name a few that is either transactional, administrative and of legal nature.
4. Administrative
i. Assist Accounting Department on Audit documents inquiry, as needed.
ii. Ensures the accurate, timely and up- to-date preparation of monthly reportorial requirements of the section.
iii. Performs new projects or functions assigned by the Loans & Liquidity Management Head and Treasury Head.
