Responsible in contacting the Buyers with Past Due Accounts under Down Payment Stage through phone or email
1. Facilitate outbound calls and emails to inform and discuss the payment status of account of Clients (Past Due – under DP Stage)
2. Review and analyze Clients Statement of Account as well as the account history.
3. Create and endorse ticket request related to payment concerns of Client.
4. Provide assistance to Clients by endorsing Payment Related request within the set turnaround time
5. Escalate critical issues to the Supervisor/Manager
6. Document all call information according to standard operating procedure
7. Willing to work on shifting schedule and weekends/holidays
8. Perform other duties and functions that may be assigned from time to time by the Management

2. Proficient in MS Office
3. Good comprehension and analytical skills; ability to truly understand and process information towards resolution of concerns

Graduate of any 4year course in any field (Business, Communication or Marketing).
At least 1year experience in Real Estate/Customer Service.
