1. Must be a graduate of at least four year course from a reputable
college or university
2. Preferably with at least 3 years of work experience related to housing projects
3. Must be focused, driven, team player
4. Can work under pressure
5. With acceptable oral and written communication skills
6. With good negotiation and facilitation skills
7. Must be computer literate
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Makes application for License to Sell and Certificate of Registration of housing projects at the Housing and Land Use Regulatory Board (HLURB)
2. Makes application for Certificate of Completion of housing projects at the HLURB
3. Attends to Buyer’s complaints of housing projects
4. Makes application for Project Advertisements at the HLURB
5. Makes application for Zoning Certification and Land Use Locational Clearance of housing project at the HLURB
6. Makes application for accreditation and registration of Company and Housing Project as Socialized housing
7. Facilitates various requests to HLURB as needed by housing project
8. Conducts monitoring of housing project on expirations of documents such as Undertakings, submission of semestral reports and other project documents
9. Makes application for alteration/amendment of housing projects at HLURB
10. Makes application for and secure Fault line certification at PHIVOLCS for housing projects
11. Makes application to Local government Unit (LGU) regarding project completion and permits and licenses
12. Makes application for zoning certification and locational clearance at LGU
13. Makes application of extension of facilities; streetlights; temporary connections, and the like at MERALCO branch where project is located.
14. Makes monitoring of refund for Cash Advances at MERALCO
15. Attend to buyer’s complaints at MERALCO
16. Performs other task or special projects related to his/her roles and position within the department.
