• Ensures Concierge files are updated regularly.
• Monitors the endorsement logbook and updates its status, record and resolves the pending issues (including those that may be escalated to the Duty Manager if beyond capacity to resolve) continuously.
• Recommend updates, replacements and enhancements around the desk, lobby and other areas that may enhance the facilities’ services.
• Provides assistance for persons with disabilities (PWD) and others that prioritizes the health and safety of our guests.
• Assist in crowd control by guiding and directing guest to their respective venue/s.
• Conducts PA System Announcement (via pre-recorded messages or paging) in the most appropriate and profound manner.

• In the absence of SMHCC NSO during weekends and holidays, the CSA will be the one to assist walk-in inquiries for an ocular inspection of Function Rooms, Trade Halls and Meeting Rooms for all the prospective clients. Necessary information should be explained thoroughly and the unique features of the property will be highlighted.
• Regularly monitors the ATM, parking cashier equipment and vending machine status and assists those with concerns and other pertaining situations related to the machines and its function.
• Ensures supplies inventory is accurate and updated.
• Must be knowledgeable on Parking Discount Terminal (PDT) mechanics and ensure its availability at all times.
• Stands as the point of communication to all guests and monitors the activities at the designated posting covering the lobby and other common areas.
• Must ensure that events scheduler in all LED TVs’ signage are updated.
• Respond promptly and professionally to all guests’ (internal/external) inquiries by all means of communication.
