• Coordinate with senior management on strategic planning and objectives, and key stakeholders in the implementation of marketing strategies
• Work with internal and external partners to formulate brand essence, positioning and differentiated value proposition in order to gain competitive advantage
• Lead the development and execution of marketing strategies and communication plans for SMDC projects, to deliver short-term and long term-business objectives (sales, market share and brand health)
• Lead the conceptualization and development of marketing and sales collaterals for SMDC projects
• Manage consistency of brand identity by ensuring that all marketing and communication efforts are aligned with the brand strategy
• Implement tools for the regular tracking, review and reporting of performance of the team in delivering KPIs and targets
• Consistently monitor, analyze and evaluate brand health and performance versus competition of assigned SMDC projects
• Translate and utilize research findings and consumer insights to develop winning brand strategies

7-10 years of Marketing Communications, Brand Management or Business Development experience in the Real Estate, FMCG or Telco industry
The Senior Marketing Manager for Brand Management will be responsible for the development of marketing strategies and programs to increase brand equity and awareness of SMDC projects. The person will assist in the achievement of sales objective by ensuring consistent implementation of brand and tactical executions, and detailed analysis of sales data/trends.
Attention to detail with an eye for quality, overseeing flawless program execution, and the ability to grasp technical capabilities, and using this in the crafting of project USPs are crucial. An effective collaborator and strong team player, the Senior Marketing Manager for Brand Management should be able to work in cross-functional groups.
