1. Leads, oversees and works on, in consultation with different Belle Corporation business units and key departments, the design, planning, implementation and impact assessment of various sustainability programs for the environment, employees, communities (corporate social responsibility) and governance matters
2. Takes charge of CSR initiatives under Belle Kaagapay, visits partners and stakeholders in host communities and conducts scoping and needs assessment; formulates, implements and monitors stakeholder programs
3. Acts as coordinator of Belle's Sustainability Technical Working Group (TWG); assists in setting the agenda and in facilitating regular update meetings in person or virtually
4. Determines budget requirements for the sustainability programs and splits the expenses between concerned cost centers, as needed
5. Assists in conducting materiality assessments (structured or unstructured) and redefines, based from the results, Belle's materiality as disclosed in the Company's Integrated Report
Gathers and consolidates sustainability data using approved groupwide templates and tools
6. Documents program milestones and works with the Governance, Corporate Affairs and Investor Relations team in communicating these efforts internally and externally
7. Completes, in collaboration with Corporate Communications and concerned departments and business units, the submission of Belle's and its listed subsidiaries' Sustainability Reports submission to the Securities and Exchange Commission

Bachelor's degree in Sustainability Management, ESG, Social Work or Communications
At least three (3) years of professional experience in Sustainability, Corporate Social Responsibility and other related fields
