Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology
1. At least 1 year of progressive experience in Information & Communication Technology (ICT) or in a client-server multi-user computing environment and open system network architecture as Support Engineer.
2. Has proficiency in global computing hardware & software solutions
3. Has working knowledge of state-of-the-art & appropriate Information and Communication Technology (ICT) system
4. Preferably has working experience on property, hotels & convention center businesses
5. Experience in leading a project is a plus
The Support Engineer primary responsibility is to provide support to all OneSM employees by providing 2nd level technical support, using iSupport - through phone, email, remote troubleshooting or onsite visit by following the ITIL-based process through daily service delivery monitoring & service escalation. This includes the regular performance reporting and/or updating how all tickets were handled through close collaboration with IT Helpdesk.
