Build, interpret and translate business requirements into detailed, field specific report extracts using SQL and other tools.
• Coordinate and collaborate with business groups to identify report requirements.
• Ensure accurate and timely submission of report extracts.
• Detailed oriented with a high emphasis on quality and accuracy.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment and ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
• Highly proficient in Excel
• Knowledgeable in SQL (Teradata SQL and Microsoft Reporting Services (MSRS)).
• Knowledgeable in Reporting and Visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau
• Business Analysis experience is highly preferred but not required
• Detail-oriented and good communication skills
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Applied Sciences, or any related field.
• At least 2 years working experience preferably with exposure in Loyalty and CRM programs
Responsible in providing support to internal and external teams by providing the required reports and visualizations necessary to create marketing strategies, measure business performance or analyze trends.
