1. Assist the AVP for Corporate Affairs and Sustainability in the creation of communications and marketing campaigns that will best promote SM Foundation on various digital communication channels (Social Media, web and other digital assets);
2. Assist in the development and implementation of digital content plan and strategies for the SMFI official website and social media assets that are aimed to boost SM Foundation’s brand awareness:
• Facebook
• Youtube
• Instagram
• Twitter
• Viber Communities `(new)
• Website
3. Manage the Internal Communication of the SM social good stories to internal SM Audience; sustain by working with various business units;
4. Ensure strong exposure of SM Foundation on various digital media outfits through the production of strategic digital advertorials and feature articles;
5. Manage and attend to stakeholders’ queries and concerns across all SMFI digital platforms;
6. Manage and monitor the digital performance of SMFI’s digital assets and provide analysis for continuous content improvement (eg. Social media and website analytics); and
7. Manage the Social Good Performance/Impact data of SMFI for communication and reporting
- Brand Management, Communication, Media Relations and Program Management
Preferably a bachelor’s degree holder major in Communications, Development Communications, Advertising & Marketing
• At least 5 years experience in marketing/digital marketing/digital platform development/ Cause Marketing
• Exposure in highly technical industries/digital transformation is an advantage
