1. Must be a graduate of 4-year course from a reputable college or university
2. Preferably with at least 1 year of work experience related to real estate or contractor
3. Must be focused, driven, team player
4. Can work under pressure
5. With acceptable oral and written communication skills
6. Computer literate.
1. Assist PD team
• Coordination with concern Department for the pertinent documents needed to secure License to Sell, BIR Ruling, Pag-ibig and Bank Accreditation.
• Preparation to approval of pricelist for re-opened units.
• Preparation of report for Accounting re: monthly update on land development, construction of amenities & housing units.
• Preparation of house construction % update for SAP
• Coordination with site engineers regarding site maintenance.
2. Inventory Management
• Preparation of monthly inventory reports.
• Coordination with Sales and Customer Service regular updates of pricing and available inventories.
3. Others
• Request of cleaning materials for site office and model house/s
• Performs other task or special projects related to her roles & position w/in the department.
