He / she shall provide assistance to the Project Director of the ongoing and developed projects of Belle Corp.

I. Market Research and Industry Assessment
• Conducts research on competitor’s products. Regularly monitors competitors, activities (product, pricing, launch date, construction/development) and trends.
II. Product Development
• Basic knowledge of products including systems and procedures.
• Assists in product development and coordination with other groups.
• Prepares project updates particularly with regards to timetable, budget and sales targets.
III. Finance
• Assists in the preparation of financial projections, price lists, payment schemes with close supervision.
• Prepares price lists. Recommends payment schemes based on approved financial and market findings.
IV. Marketing
• Coordinates in the preparation of marketing materials and assists during sales and marketing activities.
• Gathers and relays market and customer feedbacks
• Actively participates in brainstorming sessions in preparing marketing briefs and plans.
V. Documentation / Systems
• Assists in meeting the requirements of the Sales Team.
• Gathers and relays relevant feedback.
VI. Sales / Customer Service
• Conducts regular project brief to the Sales Teams.
• Prepares product information documents for sales and customer service purposes.
• Assists in meeting the requirements of the Sales Teams.
• Assists and coordinates with other departments to fulfill customer needs.
• Monitors and prepares sales performance reports.
• Gathers and relays relevant sales/ customer feedback.
VII. Others
• Assists in preparation of requirement to secure project permits
• Assists in activities which may be assigned from time to time.
• Handles administrative matters

With strong interpersonal skills, shows leadership potential, familiar with PD work including financial runs.

College - Graduate of any BS course preferably Business Management

2-3 years in a real estate company
