1. Reviews list of accounts in RCP transmittal and tags DOAS printed;
2. Checks all Elogs are properly tagged.
3. Checks printed DOAS vs. SAP and necessary documents needed as attachment
4. Email soft copy of transmittal and endorse hard copy to Registration
5. Reviews information in SAP, CRM, BIS, BRFs (if any), CTS, CCT, IDs. COFP are consistent;
6. Endorses accounts with discrepancy to on-hold staff assigned.
1. Maintains monitoring of all accounts for endorsed for review.
2. Provides weekly update to Dept. Head for report purposes.

1. Must be knowledgeable with sales documents (i.e. DOAS, CTS, COFP), and titling documents (i.e. CCT UDN/UBN, TD UBN, CAR).
2. Familiarity with SAP and MS Office application.
3. Good leadership & high interpersonal skills.
4. Must be English proficient (oral and written).
5. Must be proactive.
6. With pleasing personality.
Graduate of a 4-year course, preferably business courses.
Preferably with at least three (3) or more years of extensive experience in a real estate company in the Sales Administration department.
To ensure that the accounts due for DOAS preparation are reviewed properly prior to endorsement to DOAS Prep staff.
