• Performs data audits and cleanup
• Prepares large amount of data and reports from different sources
• Maintains data dashboards based on business requirements
• Works with the team to solve client analytics problems and documents results and methodologies
• Knowledge in Office productivity tools such as Excel including Macros, Word, Power Point
• Good oral and written communication skills. This role requires extensive collaboration with teammates and data owners.
• Knowledge in creating intuitive data visualizations utilizing relevant software (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage
• Knowledge in HTML programming is an advantage
• Knowledge in Analytical Tools is desired
• BS Degree in Business Management, Statistics, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Social Science, Physical Science, Psychology, Computer Science, Data Mining, Machine Learning, Operations Research, Information Retrieval, or Graph Analysis or technology-related field or discipline
At least 2 years working experience preferably with exposure in Loyalty and CRM programs
• Works with the business analysts to identify the business requirements and the expected outcome to build mineable datasets and execute data mining activities in providing insights from datasets
• Collaborates with the data owners to ensure that the information used follows the compliance, access management, and control policies and that meets the qualification and assurance requirements of the organization to quantify the accuracy metrics of the analysis
• Extract, analyze, and apply data-mining and machine learning techniques to large structured and unstructured datasets needed/required by stakeholders within the agreed timelines from different sources
• Works with the team to solve client analytics problems and documents results and methodologies thru data audits and cleanup
• Assesses the volume of data supporting the initiative, the type of data and the speed or sudden variations in data collection to determine realistic and achievable timelines
• Provides business metrics for the overall project to show improvements (contribution to the improvement should be monitored initially and over multiple iterations)
