DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Attend Regular Project Technical Group Meeting to raise Property Management operational readiness including its issues and concerns
2. Oversee all Testing and Commissioning Activities for all Equipment and its System. This should be in the Operational Readiness Report.
3. Ensure all regulatory permits and first time permits are acquired from the project
4. Ensure all Project’s Handover Checklist and As-Built Plans are accurate and complete
5. Ensure all Project’s Issues and Concerns are monitored until closure
6. Special projects/tasks related to your position.

Ensure project’s operational readiness in terms of the requirements of Property Management in all SMDC Projects. These will involve offices, projects operational and capital expenditures expenses, equipment reliability and its required permits.
