1. Attend Regular Project Technical Group Meeting to raise Property Management operational readiness including its issues and concerns
2. Assist in Capital Expenditures Items are in place including required Property Management Office and barracks of the service providers before the start of project turnover
3. Assist in Testing and Commissioning Activities for all Equipment and its System. This should be in the Operational Readiness Report.
4. Ensure all regulatory permits and firs time permits are acquired from the project
5. Ensure all Project’s Handover Checklist and As-Built Plans are accurate and complete

Ensure project’s operational readiness in terms of the requirements of Property Management in all SMDC Projects. This will involve complete testing and commissioning of all equipment and its system and with complete project handover requirements turnover.
