The Senior Creative Manager will be responsible for providing creative direction and strategy for the team that aligns with the SMAC brand and campaign initiatives. He/she will help mold and drive the creative vision of the brand across digital and traditional media.
- Lead and enable a team of Graphic Artists and Copy Writers to translate ideas into compelling yet strategic communication materials that cuts across multiple touchpoints.
- He/she will work closely with the Channels team within Communications Management to define, create, and implement creative strategies and contents that will drive performance.
- Collaborate with the other leads within DAC Marketing Group on campaign briefs and strategies.
- Mainly responsible for establishing and maintaining the brand’s voice and style guide
- Defines and traffics the creative process to ensure timely submission of communication materials.
- Manage external creative resources to produce communication materials on time and within established budget
- Should be good a visual storyteller, forward-thinker, and a problem solver with the ability to work within brand guidelines.
- Must have the ability and experience to lead a team of creative people to develop breakthrough ideas that answer the brief and drive results. Leadership experience is required.
- Good sense of aesthetic and eye for what visually works.
- Fluent in today’s trends, technologies, and media with respect to design and marketing
- Must have excellent oral and written communications skills, with sharp attention to detail, and solid judgment.
- Must have experience developing consistent branded design work across multiple mediums and platforms
- Strong project management skills.
- Highly collaborative, flexible, and must be able to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge in Adobe Creative Cloud, HTML is a plus.
- With a degree in Business Management, Marketing, Advertising, Multi-Media Arts or Communications
- Minimum of 8 years experience in Advertising or related field.
