Assist on over-all recruitment operation by monitoring progress of recruitment requests, delivering requests of hiring managers in a timely fashion and keeping recruitment measures within acceptable range.
* Manages recruitment tools/sources such as social media
• Conducts calibration with Hiring Managers to ensure proper endorsement of qualified candidates to meet their job requirements.
• Maintains an accurate tracker for candidates who have been invited and scheduled for HR initial screening.
• Work closely with the recruitment officer/manager in fulfilling manpower requirements.
• Gathers data for the attrition analysis report to be reported monthly, quarterly and year-end.

BS Psychology, Human Resource Management, Behavioral Science or any Business related course
With at least 6-12 months of HR recruitment related experience
