Administrative Assistant shall provide support for the in-house technical training support arm of SMDC's Construction Management Department (CMD). This team provides corporate technical training and continuing education to SMDC employees that enhances mastery of job-specific skills and knowledge geared toward career progression.
1. Assists the technical training team administratively to develop, coordinate, and provide technical training programs related to construction management.
2. Administrative duties such as document control and record-keeping of all technical training documents.
3. Make arrangements for meetings, presentations, seminars, and trainings being organized and provided by the technical training team.
4. Record-keeping of meetings attended by the technical training team. Coordinate and/or perform administrative functions necessary to deliver and document training programs.
5. Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Not required but an advantage.
1) Excellent communication skills.
2) Demonstrates proficiency in computer and database software such as MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint.
3) Ability to plan, multi-task, and manage time effectively.
4) Must be detail-oriented
College graduate is an advantage. For non-college graduate applicants, a minimum requirement of at least a 2-year associate degree in office management, TESDA accredited NC II office secretarial course, or equivalent.
At least one (1) year work experience as an administrative assistant or equivalent is an advantage.
