CIVIL / SANITARY SUPERVISOR

Provide direct technical support to the Operations Team
Assist in the technical issues of the properties especially for civil works related issues (cracks, leaks, etc.)
Monitor the maintenance programs and equipment parameters as necessary
Oversee and monitor technical issues and audit findings until closure
Property audit and inspections
Assist for the research and implementation of new technologies and innovation programs
Create and present project proposals for new technologies
Create and presents technical report of tasks handle
Implement and monitor property standardization
Performs other related tasks that may be given from time to time

Graduate of Engineering course, preferably Civil/Sanitary Engineering.

Knowledgeable in Facilities and Equipment Management (Civil works, structural, waterproofing, etc)
Experienced in troubleshooting building defects / technical issues as well as provide solution
Has adequate customer service, communication, and computer skills
Able to read and interpret technical shop drawings and plans
Efficient and trustworthy
Has high sense of urgency
Has the ability to work well both as part of the team and on his own initiative with good organizational skills


WORK LOCATION: HEAD OFFICE

Education

With a minimum of two (2) year experience in a reputable Property Management / Construction company

Provides support augmentation to managed properties and assistance for the research and development for the new technologies
