Recruit Brokers Team
Ensure proper training and orientation of sellers about the project, company, policies and procedures
Deliver and required sales performance
Develop good relationships with sellers and clients and assist them in their needs and concerns
Know and understand buyers demography & our competitor in order to properly guide our sellers
Conduct project presentation to Corporate accounts
Proper and efficient usage of sales and marketing funds
Monitoring and follow-up of compliance of Past due Accounts and those with lacking documents and ensure proper coordination and follow-up of sellers to ensure high compliance rate and avoid/minimize cancellation.
Follow up completion of reservation transaction
Assess sellers performance
Coaching, mentoring and improving seller's performance
Coordinate with customer service with regards to booked sales, available inventories, cancellable accounts and cancellation data
Ensure regular provision of open units inventory to sellers
Sales Supervisor for North
License broker but not required
Above average of oral and written communication
Any 4 years course related with marketing, sales and sales management experience
3-5 years experience as sales supervisor
NORTH BASED
Conduct Sales and Marketing Activities
* Develop program and activities that will boost sales and achieved sustainability including recruitment and retention of sellers
* Coordinate tripping & marketing activities
* Coordinate with creative and marketing team with regards sales & recruitment materials and site decoration
