Ensures that all qualified applications for leased units are supported with complete documentary requirements and encoded into the company’s database.

1. Microsoft Software literate
2. Experience in a SAP environment.
3. Good communication skills both in conversation and written.
College Graduate
Preferably 1 year experience in the required position.
1. Checks and reviews all relevant information in the Lease Agreement and Lease Information Sheet and prepares Lease Contract and other related documents.
2. Validates schedule of payment to match corresponding contract and agreement.
3. Ensures that all RTO requirements are complied with before qualifying for unit acceptance/move-in and that all qualified applications are endorsed to PM-Turnover group for their processing by use of a Clearance to Move-In Form (CMIF).
4. Makes sure that unit status SAP is updated. Ex. "Lease Hold" and alike.
5. Maintains all leasing information are properly filed with supporting soft copy files. Prepares related periodic reports as may be requested by higher management.
6. Assists the Leasing Head to attain and affirm an efficient and effective operation of the department.
7. Adheres to approved Leasing policies, work flow and processes.
8. Performs other tasks/functions that may be assigned from time to time by Management.
