Designing, developing, testing and implementing robust technology solutions using any of the development tools such as MS.NET, JavaScript, C#, MS SQL and MVC, OUTSYSTEMS (Mobile is an advantage)

• Analyze user requirements that requires new software and development. Perform analysis, design, implementation, installation and trainings related to new software developed.
• Develops, modify/update and maintain assigned programs. Monitors the operation of assigned programs and respond to problems by diagnosing and correcting errors in logic and coding.
• Create database design and objects such as stored procedures and triggers, to support the applications and reports being developed.
• Create Technical Specification Form (TSF) and Unit Test Result (UTR) documentation as per standard.
• Provide technical expertise and support to users during the entire delivery process.
• Involves in System data migration process
• Manages the data design and structures of applications
• Monitor application build, test and deployment activities.
• Must provide weekly Development Status report to Team Leader
• Contributes to develop new leaders and developers

WEB programming using MS.NET, JavaScript, C#, MS SQL and MVC, OUTSYSTEMS (Mobile is an advantage)
Good knowledge and skills of data structures, algorithms, system programming, system decomposition, communication, code organization, code readability, defensive coding, testing, code optimization and error handling.
Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills.
Good communication (verbal & written) skills
Team player, with sense of accountability and ownership.

Graduate of BS IT or related coursed, attended programming related classes or courses will be advantage.

• Minimum 9+ years of experience as an Application developer required
• Extensive knowledge and skills in WEB programming using MS.NET, JavaScript, C#, MS SQL and MVC, OUTSYSTEMS (Mobile is an advantage).
• Experience in SAD (Systems Analysis and Design).
• Preferably has working experience in real estate, hotels & conventions and holding company setup.
• Experience in full cycle implementation required.
