1. Shall welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
2. Shall record daily IN and OUT of clients and sellers.
3. Shall properly review and facilitate issuance of deviation notices on the submitted reservation sales while adhering to the company policy and procedures.
4. Shall receive, check and record all Signed Contract-to-Sell and other documentary requirements for dispatch to Head Office.
5. Shall manage the processing of Post-Dated-Checks by evaluating, encoding, warehousing, and check return.
6. Shall coordinate with the office/unit head for the timely resolution and implementation of various pre and post sales client’s requests and concerns.
7. Shall handle the requisition and disbursement of collateral allocation per broker group (for International Admin Offices only)
8. Shall assist in the recommendation of sales and marketing opportunities or strategies that will have sales impact in the company.
9. Shall prepare accomplishment report to be submitted to the BMU Supervisor on a monthly basis.
10. Shall monitor and request branch office supplies regularly.
11. Shall perform such other functions as may from time to time, be assigned by the Company.

Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree related to Finance Management and/or Customer Relations
Support in the management and operations of the Local Branch Admin Office.
