1. Shall supervise all operational aspects of the Local branch admin office.
2. Shall safeguard the accuracy and proper implementation of approved policy and procedures in booking of reservation sales, receiving and dispatch of Contract-to-Sell and other documentary requirements, processing of Post-Dated-Checks, and assistance to client's requests.
3. Shall take into account delegation of authority and responsibility and span of control within the local branch admin office.
4. Shall ensure high quality performance and satisfactory result while maintaining an orderly and problem-free environment.
5. Shall regularly and closely coordinate with the concerned Head Office departments and the BDOD Head to warrant timely resolution and implementation of various tasks in the office.
6. Shall conduct annual operations and employee performance review.
7. Shall support in the coordination with local event and booth suppliers for SMDC Corporate events and in receiving and distribution of marketing collaterals.
8. Shall conduct regular process review and recommend/implement innovation to be reflected in the Operation’s Manual.
9. Shall determine staffing needs, recruitment, training and career development.
10. Shall manage and monitor assets, supplies and equipment issued and accounted to the BMU employees.
11. Shall perform such other functions as may from time to time, be assigned by the Company.

Graduate of any four-year course preferably Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration
With at least a year of work experience related to management of a branch office.
