Manage network operations of corporate offices, data center, malls/branches.
Manage issues/service requests, impact analysis to meet customer SLA.
Configuration of network devices.
Manage network changes, network projects, network upgrades/updates.
Network planning, configuration and implementation.
Network switch, route configuration (add/change VLAN, ACL,route) and network troubleshooting
Firewall (create/modify policy and OSPF/Static routes).
Solarwinds (manage the server and its upgrades/updates, add/modify elements and nodes, create reports)
Monitor uptime/downtime LAN/WAN of Corporate offices, data center and malls/branches thru Solarwinds and do corrective measures, preventive resolutions and network optimization.
Attend to internal, cross-BU, cross-company, vendor/supplier meetings for projects, issue analysis/resolution, network planning (upgrades/updates/improvements) and its implementation.
Preferred CCNA
Firewall, router, network switch configuration implementation and network troubleshooting
Solarwinds or other network monitoring tool
Wireless LAN implementation
Proficient with software tools: MS Office (Word. Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
College graduate with BS Electronics & Communications Engineering, BS Computer Engineering or any IT-related course
At least 6-months experience in LAN/WAN/Wireless, routing, firewall
Manage and execute IT projects of Business Unit (SMPHI which includes but not limited to SCMC, SMLI, SMDC, SMHCC, etc.) and SMIC within the project timeline.
Manage/responsible for LAN, WAN and Corporate WiFi
Liase with Telcos for WAN concerns
Manage network devices but not limited to network switches, WiFi (AP and controller), router, Solarwinds, VPN access, firewalls --network for corporate office, Malls/branches and Data Center.
Manages mall network refresh, network devices upgrades/OS updates.
Network planning, documentation of LAN/WAN and their regular updates, network equipment configuration, implementation and monitoring.
Participate in business requirements gathering sessions, meetings/project kick-off and provide technical advise and fulfillment of the task.
Manage issues/service requests (ex. SMITH/CHARM) and meet customer Service Level Agreement (SLA).
