1. In charge of end-to-end regularization process. Ensure that employee will be evaluated on time and appraisal will be received on or before 5th of the month.
-Trigger iHRIS, prepare NOPA and Memo for Regularization
-Update employment status in AX, MyHR and iHRIS (other HR system)
-Collate NOPA-for regularization and endorse to Benefits Group for schedule of Benefits Discussion or Inform Employee Relations Group if employee is for non-regularization
2. Update and safe keep 201 files of employees
3. Prepare and release Certificate of Employment w/o Compensation from Rank & File to Assistant Manager (HR On-line Ticketing System)
4. In charge of employee’s employment verification (internal or external)
5. Assistance to HRIS/System Admin Supervisor as needed
MS Office Proficient (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Detail oriented, with good communication skills
Must be focused, driven and a team player
Graduate of any 4 year course preferably Psychology/Behavioral Science or Business Management
With at least one (1) year experience in HR on any related field
Establishes and maintains an efficient records management system. Safekeeps 201 file/folders and regularly update information in AX, MyHR, iHRIS and other HR System to document changes in employee records.
