The Quality Assurance/Quality Control Assistant Manager is an independent position/function responsible in ensuring the quality aspect of the project deliverables (e.g. workmanship, timeline, safety). He shall be directly reporting to the Project Management Manager and functionally reporting to the QA/QC Manager.
1) Responsible in overseeing the implementation and maintenance of the quality management system
2) Ensures the quality of the site installations is consistent with the company's policy requirements together with national and international standards and the customers specifications
3) Monitor implementation of contractor QA manual, its control and supervision of all amendments and revisions
4) Monitor the implementation of the approved site QC Plan
6) Monitor all QA/QC related activities on the project site
7) Verify contractor quality requirements are specified to vendors and contractor documentation submittals
8) Attend all pre-bid meetings and coordinate all project requirements related to QA/QC with the project bidders
9) Review, assess and control of project quality system management documentation prior to project commencement
10) Monitor the disposition of all issued nonconformance reports ensuring adequate actions are taken to rectify the issues / nonconformances
11) Monitor the progress and effectiveness of the project quality management system. Recommend and implement improvements when required
12) Elaborate inspection and test programs
13) Ensure the safety is adhered to at project site by conducting regular HSE inspection
14) Ensure all quality control documentation is complied and completed for as-built hand over
15) Control all achieve QA/QC-related documentation upon the completion of the project
16)Participate in the site internal and external site audits
17) Assure all technical documents relative to site quality control are current status
18) Performs other duties that maybe assigned by immediate superiors and management
Board exam passer with a valid PRC license is an advantage

5) Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint with experience presenting to stakeholders
6) Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
7) Flexible with proven ability to conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities
8) Must be able to learn, understand and apply new technologies
9) Support diverse and inclusive work environment
Graduate of civil engineering or architectural courses or equivalent from a reputable college or university
Preferably with at least three (3) years of work experience as QA/QC Assistant Manager related to construction engineering from a reputable property developer, real estate, contractor or consulting firm
