- Monitor the units scheduled for inspection.
- Ensure that the unit to be inspected by the buyers ar qualified for turn-over prior to the buyers' viewing & acceptance. This includes preparation of units in terms of cleanliness, completeness & functionality.
- Prepare and provide turn-over reports and other related submittals.
- Coordinate and properly endorse unit buyers to EPA (External Property Admin).
- Answers emails and calls relative to turn-over concerns.
- Other tasks that may be required from time to time.

Graduate of any four (4) year course
Preferable with at least 1 year work experience in customer service or any administrative work.

- In charge of dealing with clients/ buyers as far as the turn-over of units is concerned from their unit inspection up to the acceptance.
