Assists unit owners and tenants enrolled to Tenancy.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Reliever for Tenancy
1. Works toward achievement of tenancy revenue targets assigned to him/her.
2. Actively promotes Prime Key services to both unit owners and tenants.
3. Solicits and accepts enrollment of unit owners to Tenancy. Submits Authority to Lease with Contract of Services with SPA to Head Office.
4. Safeguards and keeps two sets of unit keys with one set to be under the accountability of PM Assistant –Leasing.
5. Prepares the unit prior to offering for lease.
6. Negotiates with unit owners on terms of lease contract and relays to the tenant or the broker.
7. Requests lease contract preparation from Asst. Manager.
8. Closely works and coordinates with PM Assistant – Leasing.
9. Arranges lease contract signing, acceptance of payment and checking of inventory between unit owner and tenants together with PM Assistant – Leasing.
10. Secures move-in clearances, gate-pass and work permit on behalf of the owner.
11. Coordinates unit concerns raised by the tenant to owners or PMO.
12. Reminds tenants of contract end-dates and confirms if they will renew or move-out.
13. Arranges unit move-out inspection with unit owners and tenants.
14. Resolves complaints and concerns of unit owners, tenants, PMO and brokers that are brought to her attention. Escalates complaints that are beyond her level to handle.
15. Regularly attends head office meetings.
16. Fosters strong relationships and good teamwork among everyone in the Leasing.
17. Participates in all company and Leasing group-initiated activities.
1. Must be focused, detailed, motivated, resourceful, and a team player.
2. Can work under pressure.
3. Must have a positive work attitude.
4. With good oral and written communication skills.
5. With good Word and Excel skills.
1. Must be a graduate of a 4-year course from a reputable college or university.
1. Preferably with at least 1 year of work experience related to leasing.
