• SAP user creation, update, activation/deactivation, password reset and deletion. - Create and
update SAP authorizations
• Support the Solution Manager Research and implement solutions for Basis functionality in
the areas of performance monitoring and tuning and systems configurations, designs and
implementation Provide documentation for technical and process related activities
• Provide support and maintenance of transports Setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of
Linux/Windows environments (e.g. high availability, load balancing, etc.)
• Function as point of contact for production SAP BASIS related issues
• Ensure proper configuration and security on all server environments
• Conduct on-going monitoring and maintenance to ensure stability and optimal performance
on all server environments
• Test new software package and implement it to the production systems( BW Netweaver and
ECC 6.0, S/4 HANA 1909).
• Apply SAP Notes and Security Notes Perform SAP Kernel upgrade
• Participate in on-call rotation and provide after office hours support as needed
• Capacity Planning

Professional License Eligibility

• Operating System management - Linux - Windows ·
• Database Management - DB2 - Oracle - SAP HAN
• Knowledge in managing and administering S/4 and HANA is an advantage

• Graduate of IT/Engineering course is preferred.

• At least 1 to 2 years doing SAP Basis Administration tasks
