• SAP user creation, update, activation/deactivation, password reset and deletion.
• Create and update SAP authorizations
• Support the Solution Manager 7.2
• Research and implement solutions for Basis functionality in the areas of performance monitoring and tuning and systems configurations, designs and implementation
• Provide documentation for technical and process related activities
• Provide support and maintenance of transports
• Setup, configuration, and troubleshooting of Linux environments (e.g. high availability, load balancing, etc.)
• Function as point of contact for production SAP BASIS related issues
• Ensure proper configuration and security on all server environments
• Conduct on-going monitoring and maintenance to ensure stability and optimal performance on all server environments
• Test new software package and implement it to the production systems( BW/ECC).
• Apply SAP Notes and Security Notes
• Perform SAP Kernel upgrade
• Participate in on-call rotation and provide after office hours support as needed
• Capacity planning

• Knowledgeable in DB2, Oracle and SAP HANA Management
• Knowledgeable in Linux and SUSE Operating System
• Knowledgeable in ECC 6.0 EHP 7, S/4 HANA, BW HANA, PIPO, SOLMAN 7.2
• Knowledgeable in SAP BPC

BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Mathematics or equivalent practical experience.

• With 5 or more years’ experience in SAP BAIS Administration
